David is responsible for the expert team of ideation and concept designers, engineers, and graphic designers. He also manages Hargrove’s graphic production department which produces 1.5 million square feet of graphics per year.
 
David has led the company’s creative team through extraordinary corporate growth as a direct result of David’s ability to translate client messaging and brand identities into dimensional environments which achieve organizational goals.

With Hargrove since 1997, he has worked on thousands of projects including some of the most prestigious and complex meetings on the world stage including the G20 Finance, G40 Nuclear, NATO summit, G8 summits hosted by the United States, the 2012 Democratic National Convention, numerous presidential inaugurations, prestigious trade shows, a wide array of exhibit programs and award winning experiential marketing events.

David was named one of the top ten innovators in Washington, DC by BIZBASH magazine. He participated in a panel discussion for the State Departments Foreign Chiefs’ of Protocol Conference and has given talks at the EDPA Conference, Conclave CMP Certification Conference, and the Event Solutions Conference to name a few.
