Diana Simmons brought 18 years of extensive trade show industry experience to Hargrove when she joined the company in 2000.  Her knowledge and expertise have helped the trade show and events divisions expand as the company expanded its reputation for quality, creativity and superlative customer service.

She began working in the trade show industry in 1981, when she joined renowned show organizer National Trade Productions.  As the company grew quickly, her role and responsibilities did as well. She became president of the company after 15 years working in, and then leading, operations.

Ready for a change, Diana joined GES, a large general service contractor, as general manager of the Mid-Atlantic Division with annual revenues of $30 million and 125 personnel. In addition to P&L responsibilities, Diana oversaw labor relations, sales, operations, production including warehousing, freight operations, logistics, and show management.

As executive vice president, Diana oversees the events and trade show divisions, including P&L, sales, account management, operations, production, planning, estimating and budgets. Additionally, she oversees corporate marketing and communications, design and creative services.

Diana lives on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with her husband Jim.
