Ron Bracco has created experiences on the national level for more than twenty years. He is a recognized leader within the events industry. His background and expertise have enabled him to build spot-on strategies for how to best create thoroughly engaging experiences for his clients and their customers. His business and creative vision affords him the unique ability to establish customer rapport, represent their messaging and understand their service needs. Ron is a sought after consultant and go-to resource for industrial trend spotting and thought leadership, successfully identifying opportunities to expand Hargrove’s business and service reach.

Ron joined the Hargrove Events team in 1998 and was quickly promoted to senior sales executive in 2000 where he managed the sale of many major, high-profile events in Washington, DC and throughout the country. He became Hargrove’s creative director in 2005 and while serving in the position, utilized his background in theater design and directing to create extraordinary environments. Ron has been instrumental in new business acquisitions for some of Hargrove’s largest accounts and plays a key leadership role in the management of that business. Renowned for his ability to create memorable experiences and environments, coupled with his extensive expertise with event strategy, Ron has served as the lead on Hargrove’s most prestigious projects including such notable projects as presidential inaugurals, global summits, high-profile corporate product launches and many of Washington, DC’s most prestigious galas.

Ron’s innovative creativity for design and solutions has produced stellar events for high-profile clients such as Microsoft, Hilton Hotels, Sony, and Boeing. Other clients include Susan G. Komen, Human Rights Campaign, US State Department and Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Ron was also instrumental in the sale, management and design of the 2009 G20 Pittsburgh Summit, 2010 Nuclear Security Summit in Washington, DC and the 2011 APEC Summits. Ron also served as the lead consultant to the 2010 G20 Seoul Summit hosted in the Coex Center in Seoul, Korea. In 2012, Ron championed the NATO and G8 Summits, as well as the Democratic National Convention; and in 2014 he led Hargrove’s efforts in the US State Departments Africa Summit.
