Edelman and API


Edelman, the public relations firm for API, selected Hargrove to manage American Petroleum Institute’s education program.


This traveling exhibit educated the public on oil and petroleum industry facts and issues while it advocated for the organization, the member companies and for those working in the industry. The exhibit attended various tradeshows and conventions to further reach out to government and industry professionals.

How Hargrove Helped

Designed and fabricated exhibit includes four large graphic displays for educational messaging and four interactive stations
Designed graphic panels
Designed and built 2nd full exhibit and a smaller version, used at smaller one-day events and includes three banner stands and one interactive station.
Managed and coordinated all logistics for capitol stops, including advance work, securing and confirming venues, coordinating labor and transportation
Coordinate the day-to-day logistics, manage the vendors, and continue to design and produce graphic panels and additional exhibit components.
Collaborated with client on theme, marketing updates and booth staff training.
