Presidential Inaugurals

Only one company can say they have been involved with 16 consecutive inaugurals: Hargrove. Beginning with President Harry S. Truman’s Inauguration in 1949, Hargrove has played a significant role in every presidential inaugural celebration since.

Planning typically begins at the end of December, which leaves approximately one month to produce the numerous events the inaugurals have grown to include. While each inaugural year is unique, Hargrove has produced as many as 58 events in 38 venues over the span of 5 days at the end of January.

Our tried-and-true inaugural planning method allows hundreds of Hargrove staff members to quickly mobilize thanks to our close proximity to Washington, DC. The Hargrove team consistently produces extraordinary results on tight deadlines while coordinating effectively with the inaugural committee leadership, hundreds of suppliers, and dozens of government agencies.
