CHALLENGE
Marriott International was looking to reinvent their biennial internal conference and expo focused on educating, connecting, and celebrating their Select Brands General Managers.
They wanted an event partner that could create an event experience centered around a unique theme that would captivate attendees and seamlessly integrate across all of their event touch points to create an immersive experience.
SOLUTION
Marriott International partnered with Hargrove for our end-to-end event production services and robust capabilities. Together, we transformed a blank, convention center space into a Hollywood movie backlot through strategic ideation, creative design solutions, custom event fabrication, and innovation production.
This corporate event was reimagined and engaged attendees with iconic photo opp moments, exhibits that balanced brand identities and movie magic, and activations like escape rooms and silent discos that were educational, interactive, and fun.
RESULTS
All elements tied together to create a fully immersive and engaging event experience for over 5,000 general managers.
