Produce world-class events that provide an engaging atmosphere, address multiple security details AND deliver an interactive program that supports over 2,800 government officials from member countries, 350 observer organization representatives, and over 800 members of the press.

These concurrent massive events, held two per year, take an ENTIRE month to fully install. We deliver various stage sets, registration areas, interior designs and deliver branding efforts across several venues and locations.
Hargrove is also responsible for all exterior branding which is carefully crafted from specific element-resistant materials to ensure durability and quality.
